Reservation terms and refunds

Who sells

The reservation is sold through Gumroad, Inc. (United States), our merchant of record: Gumroad takes the payment, applies your country's taxes, sends you the receipt (with an invoice if you need one) and processes refunds. The Yesud app and the Yesud AI service are provided by Luis Ernesto Valdés Lavaut (Spain), contact soporte@yesud.bible.

What you buy

A reservation code that gives three months (90 days) of the Yesud AI Preacher plan, with 1,777 credits each month. While those months are active, the account has access to the full app. It is a one-time payment: it is not a subscription and does not renew.

When you're charged and when it arrives

You're charged when the payment completes: 25 US dollars plus any taxes that apply in your country; if your card is not in dollars, your bank applies the exchange rate (Gumroad shows you the equivalent before you pay). The code is sent at that moment to the email you paid with. When the app is published, if you create your account with that same email the code applies itself; otherwise, you type it in the app.

Activation and duration

The 90 days start when you activate them in the app, not when you pay and not when the app is published. Each account can redeem one reservation. The code is transferable until it is redeemed.

After the three months

Nothing else is charged. If you want to keep using Yesud, you can take out the plan you prefer inside the app, under the terms of the relevant store.

Refunds

14 days from payment, no reason needed: request it yourself at yesud.bible/launch/refund with your email and your code (Gumroad, who charged you, processes it on the spot), or write to soporte@yesud.bible.

Because this is digital content, the right of withdrawal ends when you activate the months, since that is when the service begins with your express consent (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). The app warns you before you activate them. Holding the code without activating it does not use up that right.

Launch guarantee: if the app has not been published on Google Play or the App Store by December 31, 2026, every reservation is refunded in full without you having to ask.

If a reservation is refunded, the code stops working and, if it had already been redeemed, any remaining months are withdrawn.

Language

This reservation is for the English version of Yesud (King James), the one launching now. A Spanish version will be offered with its own reservation campaign.

Each account can redeem a single reservation code, whichever campaign it comes from: an account that has already redeemed one cannot redeem another.
