Delete your Yesud account
It is immediate and needs no one's permission
From the app (the fast way)
- Open Yesud and go to Profile (your avatar, at the top).
- Scroll down to Delete my account and confirm.
At that moment the account and everything linked to it is deleted: reading progress, points and level, tests, lists, Yesud AI conversations, documents and usage records. There is no waiting period and no way to recover it.
If you no longer have the app installed
Write to privacidad@yesud.bible from the email you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We do it within 30 days at most and confirm by email. If you signed up with Google or Apple, say so in the message.
What is deleted and what is kept

Subscriptions do not cancel by themselves. Charges are managed by Apple
and Google, so before deleting the account cancel any Yesud AI plan in the subscription
settings of your App Store or Google Play. Otherwise the store will keep charging you even
though the account no longer exists.
